Klawio respects your privacy and provides a simple process for requesting deletion of your personal information.
Request Account Deletion
If you would like to permanently delete your Klawio account and associated data, please contact us using the information below.

Please include:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your account
- Your Klawio account name (if applicable)
What We Delete
Upon verification of your request, we will delete:
- Your Klawio account
- Stored profile information
- Scheduled posts
- Uploaded media files
- Connected social media access tokens
- API credentials associated with your account
What May Be Retained
Certain records may be retained when required by law, regulatory obligations, fraud prevention, security, or legitimate business purposes.
Third-Party Services
Deleting your Klawio account does not automatically delete your accounts with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, OpenAI, or any other third-party provider.
If you wish to revoke access, you may also disconnect Klawio from your connected accounts through the respective provider’s security or application settings.
Processing Time
Most verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
