1. Refunds Policy

• Initial Setup Fee ($299): Refundable before work starts.
• Monthly Fees: No refunds for used or partial months.
• Custom works: Can refund in 22 days

2. Cancellation

• Clients may cancel monthly services anytime, but active billing cycles won’t be refunded.
• Services will stop immediately upon cancellation.

3. Ownership After Cancellation

• Clients do not retain rights to designs or code unless a buyout is purchased.
• To request source files, a separate quote must be provided and paid.

4. Disputes

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in service termination and legal action.
