Welcome to Klawio Web Design. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services

Klawio provides web design, development, hosting, and maintenance services as outlined in your service agreement.

2. Payments & Fees

• Initial Setup Fee ($299): Non-refundable once work begins.
• Monthly Fee (Starting at $49): Charged in advance. No refunds for partial months.
• Cancellation: You may cancel monthly services anytime, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.

3. Ownership & Rights

• All designs, code, and assets remain Klawio’s property unless a separate “Code/Design Buyout” is purchased.
• Clients may not transfer, replicate, or publish our work without written permission.
• To request source files or full ownership, a buyout quote must be requested and paid.

4. Project Agreements

• Once an initial payment is made and work begins, no refunds will be issued.
• Scope changes may require additional fees.

5. Termination

• Klawio reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment or policy violations.
• Upon cancellation, the client’s website and services will be discontinued.
